The following are the Terms & Conditions for Gateway Fort:

1. Shipment Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that we deem to be dangerous, illegal, or not in compliance with our policies or legal requirements.

2. Liability: We will take reasonable care of your shipment, but we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, customs delays, or delivery address errors.

3. Insurance: We offer insurance options for your shipment, and it is your responsibility to determine if insurance is required or desired for your shipment. The insurance cost will be charged to you separately from the shipping cost.

4. Payment: Payment for our services is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon by both parties.

5. Refunds: Refunds may be issued for services that were not provided or if a shipment is lost or damaged in transit. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the shipment date.

6. Service Guarantee: We guarantee our services to be provided with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to provide our services in accordance with this standard, we will provide a refund or credit as appropriate.

7. Customs: We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any applicable customs fees.

8. Prohibited Items: We do not accept shipments that contain prohibited items, including but not limited to explosives, flammable materials, drugs, or illegal items. It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipment does not contain any prohibited items.

9. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gateway Fort is located.

10. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will be effective immediately upon notification.
